Camping Cooperative
When you first arrive at Sun Valley, you will find it hard to believe that there are over 300 campsites nestled in the woods surrounding our lake. We have a place for everyone whether you prefer a large secluded site on a hilltop or a more social environment along a babbling brook.
Our campground is unique in that we cater strictly to seasonal campers. This is part of what allows Sun Valley to feature a special, community-oriented experience. Sun Valley offers the option to own your site and return to it every year or rent for the entire season.
Our season runs from April 15th to October 15th. Sun Valley does not offer any tent sites.
Camping Rates
Ownership: The initial cost of your site plus a yearly association fee of $1,080, billed in quarterly payments of $270.
Seasonal site rental: $3,450 with installment plan available.

Above rates include: Camping, beach membership, drywell hook-up, and weekly pump out service. Electricity is metered directly to your campsite and is not included in above rates. Propane, cable, internet and telephone are available at an additional cost. Winter storage of your trailer is included for all owners and renters upon receiving your non-refundable deposit for next year's camping season. Additional $360 fee for sewer sites.
Vacation Rentals
Let us redefine the word "camping" with one of our luxurious park model vacation package rentals. Enjoy your new home away from home whether you live right in town or across the country.
Our vacation packages are available for rent for entire season. Rental includes access to all beach club and camping amenities. Most units are pet friendly. All units are non-smoking. Rentals range in price from $3,600 to $5,000 for the entire season.
Price includes propane and hot water. Electricity, cable, internet and telephone are not included in rental agreement but are available at an additional cost.
